SSMS Addin 1.0.2.62

This release corrects bugs in the Beta release for TreeView Refresh and Scripting of Event Sessions from the Session Editor, and adds compatibility with SQL Server 2008 R2 and the ability to start a session immediately after it is created.

Installation Instructions

If the previous Beta release of the Addin was installed it should be uninstalled from the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel before installing this release. The Setup project was rekeyed as a part of the 2008 R2 implementation and will not remove the previous version.

Bug Fixes

• Compatibility issues with SSMS 2008 R2. (Uninstall any previous version manually before installing the new release)
• Correction to the Tree Refresh so that it refreshes properly after a change has been made to an Event Session, or when a new session has been created through the UI.
• The scripting in the Event Session Editor has been corrected to properly generate a script to the clipboard, a file, or a new SSMS Window to match the functionality that previously existed in the external application.

New Features

• The addition of a check box on the Session Editor to start the session immediately upon creation. This has been a personal pet peeve that I have intended to correct for a while now, but never got around to it.
